No context - It's just a list of types of waste I'm afraid and I can't find much of help on Google.

welding stubs
These are what are left over when rods are used in welding. The web reference shows how they are stored in a container.

Pain in the neck
This is probably not much help, and doesn't really fit in with the context, but my Dutch partner says a "lastpeuk" with a t - is someone who's a pain in the buttocks. Otherwise he has never heard of the word, but guesses it has something to do with welding. Perhaps the word is just supposed to be 'laswerk'?

: I don't think so; in the context, it is a kind of waste. Nothing to do with a pain in the neck (or the ass).

: As you indicated yourself, your translation is totally out of context. Besides, it's a translation for "lasTpAk", not "laspeuk" ;-)

: Rather odd word, that does indeed relate to welding. See http://www.vanotools.nl/blog/index.php?paged=2 .
