The process of lubrication in an internal combustion engine begins in the sump, commonly referred to as the oil pan

Oil is pumped through passageways to the various components of the engine such as the cam, main bearings, rod, pistons, etc. Gravity then pulls the oil back down to the bottom of the motor to drain back into the sump, and the cycle repeats.

Klopt maar dan zou dat handmatig door een persoon moeten gebeuren (na het onderdeel gedemonteerd te hebben). Als het onderdeel IN een ander onderdeel zit, heb je het over "lubrication"...

Lubricating system

The oiling system addresses the need to properly lubricate an engine when it’s running. Properly lubricating an engine not only reduces friction between moving parts but is also the main method by which heat is removed from pistons, bearings, and shafts. Failing to properly lubricate an engine will result in engine failure. The oil pump forces the motor oil through the passages in the engine to properly distribute oil to different engine components. In a common oiling system, oil is drawn out of the oil sump (oil pan, in US English) through a wire mesh strainer that removes some of the larger pieces of debris from the oil. The flow made by the oil pump allows the oil to be distributed around the engine. In this system, oil flows through an oil filter and sometimes an oil cooler, before going through the engine’s oil passages and being dispersed to lubricate pistons, rings, springs, valve stems, and more.

... you will see that the "grease pump" is here the top part (i.e. the actual pump), and the "container" is the drum/tank.

Hand bucket pump for oil Domain: .jp. Most likely this is not a reliable translation. There are only about 40 ghits for this named pump, while you see a lot of these pumps under "grease pump" (the buckets), which is what it is.

Since OP minimal context is that of "vervangen" of this pump, it either means the entire bucket/grease pump is replaced, which makes it just a grease pump, or the pump is part of an engine, in which case it is an oil pump.
