: am 99% certain “slimmer werken” and “slim werk(en)” are exactly the same thing. “smart working”, “smarter working”, “smart work”, “working smart”, “working smarter”, with and without “practices” are all fine iyam

: Smart working will do just fine. Adding 'practices' or something similar is not really needed when referring to the philosophy/concept as such (as in the source sentence).
