agree Chris Hopley : I think you need to include 'decorative' somewhere (cf. DE and FR versions of that site: Dekostecker / Décorations à planter), e.g. 'decorative plant stick'. Stickpin = dasspeld

@ Chris: Yes, I left out the 'decorative' because it was already mentioned before the term in question in a list. "(...), decoraties, bijstekers, en toebehoren (...)"

Note from asker:
Apparently they are items "on a stick" to be stuck alongside plants in the soil, purely decoratively. "Plant sticks" isn't exactly clear. that could be anything, from sticks made of plants to supporting sticks for the plants (which they aren't either)
