I need to translate this as a heading for sections of a website, relating to various housing development projects (for an architectural firm).

I already read the previous post about 'grondgebonden sociale huurwoningen', and I understand what it means, but I really need a phrase - if one exists - that can stand alone as a heading.

If, as I suspect, this concept does not really exist in English, I guess I will have to go back and consult with my client...

Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it. Actually "ground-oriented" is not very commonly used in the UK (only 4 hits on Google UK and they refer to Canadian/US developments). But it is great to have a close equivalent of the original text. I also considered simply saying "houses" in the document, as the context juxtaposes grondgebondenwoningen with apartments.
