I am actually working in a contract where the service in question is maintenance, but similar in principle.

Here there is a distinction between the
'vedligeholdelsesaftale' = maintenance contract

and the
'vedligeholdelsesordning' = the maintenance scheme or plan for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance etc. covered by the maintenance contract.
