It has to be Mingazzini...

Somehow it was making sense here. You are welcome, Hannah
Sarka Lhotak (asker) Apr 9, 2015:
You must be right, Hannah, I used Mingazzini for both the upper and lower extremities. Thanks a lot, Sarka
Hannah Geiger (X) Apr 8, 2015:
maybe it was Ming. for upper extremities and then he wrote only Mi for lower extremities? Because the rest would fit better than myocardial infartion of metabolic imbalanance :) :) :) Protože to "udrží" znovu znamená "bez poklesu" ale špatně.
Sarka Lhotak (asker) Apr 8, 2015:
Thanks, Hannah, but they already have Mingazzini there as Ming. on a previous line so I thought this would be something else. It goes like this:
...taxe dobrá, 0 Ming. bez poklesu, retardace 0, DK: síla a hybnost dobrá ve všech segmentech, rr.L2-L4 rr. L5-S2nevybavuji, Mi udrží, špatná - hrubé záškuby obou DK...
