The excerpt is: "定期检查游车大钩中间体、钩体各承载手轮部位, 必要时可做无损探伤检测". I can't understan, what does the 各承载的手轮部位 mean. I've checked the translation for 手轮 separately, and the translatiion offered ("handwheel") was surely not the thing. Could you help me to understand the meaning (both English and Chinese can be used)
