Explanation:
It's a tone thing again. The Chinese phrase is very clear: 1 wants 2 to come, and is slightly hurt that 2 would not want to. You have to convey that in the English.

When you fancy a trip or something... anyway, no-one's forcing you

I meant if you were going on holiday... whatever, don't come if you don't want to

But what would I be going to Tianjin for in the first place... to see you?
If you wanted to take a trip out of town, maybe... it was just an idea
