Stamp & Entries Explanation: Hi. "Diligenciar" is the process whereby the relevant authority - in the case the Foundations Registry or Registry of Foundations - stamps each page to certify the books' authenticity and ensure no pages are missing/tampered with, etc. "Assentaments" are the "entries" contained in the books. The same could apply to company books, accounts, ledgers, etc... |
