the civil service exams are part of the 'Oficina de Treball' section
I have a sneaky suspicion that this is what they are referring to - after seeing a couple of your earlier questions. They use the word 'treball' to refer to the Employment Office (or whatever you have decided to call it). And, since you say there are several sections in the text, I imagine that the 'opos' come under this heading - i.e. the 'Treball' section.
I hope that makes sense!
Of course, I could be barking up the wrong tree - and Berni's answer is totally possible too.

Civil service entrance exams
I'd read that as: "The dates for the Civil service entrance exams fall within a working week" Or in an educational context "coincide with term time" or "class time".
It happened this year that the Cambridge First Certificate exam coincided with one of the "Selectivitat" dates. Perhaps this is a similar complaint. Don't you just hate phrases left in texts apparently without context? Worthwhile asking the client. Often these phrases should have been edited out anyway and they'll thank you for pointing that out.
