As far as I know, it would be the same, Ahmad. The difference is that 'coronary thrombosis' is the technical term for جلطة قلبية. You can use either of them according to your readership, specialised or non.

I understand Ahmad's argument and agree with him, however, my answer is based on the experience of a British Doctor (pro translator), who taught me a Technical Trans Module in London.

agree ahmadwadan.com : Although this term means خثار التاجي or جلطة في الشريان التاجي in the medical dictionary but doctors use it to reflect asker's question. So, I agree.

أوّلا هذه التّرجمة من عربي إلى انجليزي وليس العكس

و هي معرّفة طبيا كالتالي موت خلايا القلب في أحد المناطق التي لا يصل لها دم كافي نتيجة لتصلّب الشّرايين التّاجية أو انسدادها كلياً.
