IVF= in-vitro fertilisation

These units are usually indicated to as IVF unit, but when translated into Arabic it's clarified with adding العقم so I guess you can got for IVF alone

By the way, if you're seeking a specific translation then I'd recommend htms's answer. Mine is the general one in which IMFU is included, and that's why I thought you'd better use IVF instead.
