For legal intent... Explanation: This expression is also found in personal certificates: Kjo certifikate lëshohet për efekt dokumenti, which in this case means the intent of issuing. However, since I don't specialize in legal translation, this is just a hint. May or may not be taken into consideration as translation, but since you use English as an intermediate step, thought this would help. Cheers |
