Sądzę, że można w ogóle pominąć 'dotychczasowego'. Skoro rozwiązywana jest umowa między pracownikiem a pracodawcą, to chyba doskonale z tego wiadomo, o jakiego pracodawcę chodzi (chyba nie o przyszłego, prawda)? :)
