A medical report content: Es besteht *Schulter/Nackengürtelbeschwerden* seit vielen Jahren. I have found Shoulder and neck belt but somehow the word BELT does not seem appropriate. Please suggest.

"nuchal ligament" translates "Nackenband". Maybe it is synonymous with "Nackengürtel".
