This is how I'd put it as there is no "and" linking the two parts of the sentence in the original, and because I think that "insane" is a good way to translate "enlouquecer".

Very similar to all the above suggestions... Considering it´s a "conversation" between 2 people about life and love, etc. the most natrural would be the best option.

Present Continuous here is correctly used for future: \"vou enlouquecer\". The expression is definitely \"to go mad/crazy\", but instead of \"I\'ll go\", \"I´m going\" would sound more \"natural\".
