German term (edited):
steuerliche Vorteilsgewhrung

preferential treatment
this is a general equivalent rather than a specific match, though there may not be one. What is the tax element here? That may give the clue to the best answer.

OK: either B would normally handle processing and A\'s handling of the processing would amount to a taxable benefit for B; or A would normally handle processing, but because it\'s on B\'s site or for B\'s employees this would constitute a tax benefit for B.
I would try \'in such a way [or: and make sure] that a taxable benefit for B does not arise\'
But I\'d wait for some more answers first...
(I\'m assuming that \'das\' should read \'dass\'?)

Company A is offering to sell its products to the employees of Company B on Company B's Web page. Company A will handling all processing "ohne das die Probleme der steuerlichen Vorteilsgewhrung fr Company B existieren"
something like: without the existance of problems associated with tax-related preferential treatment
