Adjunto con esta carta usted encontrara' mi curriculum

This sentence is suitable if you are enclosing the CV with the letter (which is what I think you want to say). If you want to indicate it at the end of the letter (cc, encl etc) only needs: adjunto: CV

Adjunto el CV

There are several ways of translating it, depending on the full sentence. The proposal "Adjunto mi CV" should fit in your context.

Other translations:
"Se adjunta Currículum...."
"Se acompaña CV..."

Hope it helps!!
