German term
aufgewängt
German to English
Bus/Financial
International Org/Dev/Coop
I am having trouble with the meaning of aufgewängt in the following phrase: "weil sie in ihren neuen "aufgewängten" Arbeitsumfeld nicht mehr arbeiten wollen." and would be grateful for any assistance that could be provided. There is an outside possibility that it is also a typo, but I cannot imagine what word the author is making use of. Many thanks in advance.

Comment: "Thanks very much for your knowledgeable, insightful answer. Most of the other typos in this translation (and there are many) have been relatively easy to figure out, but that one really had me going.
