Vollstaendigkeitserklaerung

German to English Bus/Financial Accounting
This is the title of a short document of about 700 words concerning: Jahresabschluss und Lagebericht fuer das Geschaeftsjahr XX.XX.XXXX bis XX.XX.XXXX


The titles of the sections are:

A. Aufklaerung und Nachweise

B. Buecher und Schriften

C. Jahresabschluss und Lagebericht


I found "Letter of Representation", but am not convinced that it's right.

letter of representation

or "management's letter of representation" or "management representation letter" is absolutely correct, Ron.

This is the letter in which management represents to the auditors that all necessary information has been provided, that this information is complete and accurate, that no material facts have been omitted, etc.

A standard term for a standard document.

Thanks Fred. It's unusual for a term like this to be given correctly in a dictionary, even in HW (which is the only larger business/finance dictionary worth having).
