German term

Vorladungsgebühr

German to English Law/Patents Law (general) Swiss divorce decree
Again a Swiss divorce decree

Gerichtsgebühren unter weitere Kosten.
Mit z.B. Schreibgebühr, Zustellgebühr usw.

Is this simply a "summons fee" ?
I just want to make sure since there isn´t really any summons in an uncontested divorce.

Thanks to any experts out there!

Hi Fred,
yes, some are blank, but they are in fact being charged a Vorladungsgebhr of Fr.20 each... And this is a completely uncontested divorce

summons fee or citation fee

It appears that the court is merely listing possible fees that may be charged. Unless there is a specific charge shown for the term, it is probably a summons fee or cost of summons.

agree Derek Gill Franßen : Yes, something with "summons"... :-)

fee for request to appear

Romain says a Vorladung can also be an (administrative) request to appear. Presumably even in an uncontested divorce they were still requested to appear.
