The expression “los supuestos previstos (en la ley)” means “the circumstances provided for (by the law/statute)”; its meaning is broader than that of “act” or “action”, and includes many possible actions that may be considered as infractions or violations of the norm in question (an agreement in this case).
I would say “…committed actions provided for in/by Clause 19th“
