German term
ordnungsgemaeB
German to English
Law/Patents
"Das Vorliegen offensichtlicher und ordnungsgemaeB nach gewiesener Anzeichen fuer die Zahlungsunfaehigkeit der Leasingnehmerin,..."
This word always confuses me. My dictionary translates this as "orderly," but is it really referring to the legal validity of something?
Thanks.

Harald's answers could also apply, but since you didn't provide the complete sentence, it's difficult to say for sure. Offensichtlicher, ordnungsgemäße are adjectives that need a noun. Can you provide more of the sentence?
