Is there a different translation for each of these or do they both translate as metalanguage?

neutral writeaway : but the question is whether or not there is another way to translate this word, so one dictionary quote is not enough afaik, imho.... :-)

agree Stéphanie Argentin : "Métalangue" et "métalangage" ont la même signification en linguistique, on utilise l'un ou l'autre sans distinction. So "metalanguage" is correct for both
