It seems to me that by looking at your other questions,...

Premise Network Services is the name of the company. So there is no need to translate Premise.

Just a guess...;0)

hausinterne infrastruktur

as mentioned before, if it isn't the company name, I'd go for this, thus describing the in-house technical computer services.
