Webshare transfer in the shareholders’ ledger, the company either issues share titles in the name of the new shareholder or endorses the existing share titles (or temporary certificates) and delivers these to the transferee. The company needs to register in the shareholders’ ledger all the information of the transferor and the new shareholder.
