Espero que se encuentren bien. Les agradecería ayudarme con la traducción de "sub-suppliers", para que tengan una referencia, el término aparece en un contrato de para distribuidor autorizado. A continuación les envío la parte en donde aparece el término:
A Party shall be relieved from liability for a failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement during such period, and to the extent that the due performance thereof by the Party or its sub-suppliers is prevented by reason of any circumstance...

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
