comprador potencial de vivienda
El glosario se crea a partir de sustantivos en singular, como si fuera un diccionario.

Lead = cliente potencial

Ejemplo de uso:
Una preocupación importante para varios compradores potenciales de viviendas es la asequibilidad, por lo que ahora la competencia es mayor para las viviendas menos costosas, contrario a lo que se vio en gran parte de la pandemia.

Posibles casas
From the little context given, I think it refers to “opportunities for housing” (as in someone looking for housing), not prospective buyers.
Leads not only refers to prospective buyers, but to any indication that something may happen or leas somewhere (a sale, but also as in a lead in a crime investigation).
So if someone has 2 housing leads it could mean that they have information on 2 possible housing opportunities.
Actually, if it was specifically “sales leads”, in Spain, professional sales people use the term “lead”.
Comprador potencial, cliente potencial, etc., are only used to explain the term to neophytes.
I don’t think anyone would use the term housing leads to refer to “possible house buyers”.

Instead of “posibles casas”, it could be “casas disponibles” or, a newfangled term in Spanish to refer to different types of housing: “posibles soluciones habitacionales”.
At any rate the lead is for “housing” not for a buyer.

: From what I can tell, it's even broader, i.e. those seeking and those offering accommodation, through purchase or rental. Your suggestions are broad enough to cover that.
