Althea Draper May 30, 2023: Christine Is this the original report you have or is it an OCR of the original? The reason I ask is that IRN (Insuficiencia respiratoria nasal - nasal respiratory insufficiency) might be a bit more likely in this context.

	Yes, it does sound unusual to get an MRI done. It does look like a misspelled term, hence the confusion.
