یہ اصطلاح "مکمل طورپر یا ھمیشہ کلیۓ " کے معنی اور تناظر میں استعمال ھوتی ھے۔ اس کا لفظی مطلب یعنی "بہتری کیلیۓ" یہاں لاگو نہیں ھوگا۔

The words "smoking" (which could be any thing of tobacco) is common in Urdu-pk speech, whereas the word "tark - ترک" is not commonly used and understood.

The use of Urdu term "ترک کرنا" for "Stop" is the most appropriate term. It is a primarily used term by Urdu natives. Similarly, the exact translation is used in newspapers and articles. A big piece of evidence is that the health department of Pakistan also uses it, especially in warnings on print & electronic media, medical and health papers.

means in general to quit smoking permanently and never go back to smoking again. The focus is on making a long-term commitment to a smoke-free lifestyle and breaking the addiction to nicotine.

2. اچھی صحت کے لیے تمباکو نوشی چھوڑدیں:
also means same, but the focus is more on the health benefits that come with quitting smoking. The emphasis is on improving one 's health and reducing the risk of many serious health conditions associated with smoking, such as lung cancer, heart disease, and stroke.
