Posible traducción Podría ser algo así: “leve sensibilidad al tacto en la musculatura paravertebral lumbar, ausencia de sensibilidad en las vértebras de la región cervical”. Entiendo que debería ser más conciso para respetar el estilo esquemático, pero ahí ya se me escapa.

TTP podría traducirse por "sensibilidad al tacto". No encuentro el equivalente en español, pero en descripciones de exámenes físicos veo que utilizan esta expresión. O dejar TTP como en el original y poner nota aclaratoria, aunque si el texto es escrito por profesionales, para profesionales no creo que sea necesario.

L sided paraspinal Creo que podría traducirse por "musculatura paravertebral lumbar". L podría hacer referencia también a lumbar: "Palpación de la musculatura paravertebral cervical, dorsal y lumbar" https://www.ucm.es/data/cont/media/www/pag-54484/06 Explorac... Siempre refiriéndose a palpación, por lo que creo que pueden ir por ahí los tiros.

TTP Creo que en este contexto debes pensar en TTP:Time to peak

Como he comentado TTP podría ser "tenderness to palpation" porque creo que se está refiriendo a una exploración física del paciente.

En cuanto a L sided paraspinal, podría referirse a la región paravertebral lumbar. Creo que la L no sería en este caso "left" sino "lumbar".

En la zona de discusión he comentado todo esto. Las opciones que ha dado Liz también podrían ser válidas por lo que sería positivo si se pudiese saber un poco más sobre el texto original.
