Como he comentado TTP podría ser "tenderness to palpation" porque creo que se está refiriendo a una exploración física del paciente.
En cuanto a L sided paraspinal, podría referirse a la región paravertebral lumbar. Creo que la L no sería en este caso "left" sino "lumbar".
