As dimensões corretas devem ser: 7,5 m (comprimento) x 0,65 m (largura) x 0,75 m (altura) - é a mesa onde ficam as principais autoridades

Plenum Module
I am not very confident, as the text is extremely confusing, but based on the small dimensions, it could actually be referring to an actual object. This assumption is based on the idea that somehow the object name was originally translated from Spanish or English to Portuguese, in a way that "plenum" became "plenário", as plenum may also have the mean of "plenary". One of the examples I found, does mention a dimension range that could possibly include those of the Plenum module.

sorry, I meant to say that it may also have the meaning of "plenary".

Module for plenary (table)
Based on the above discussion, I think that the original text deals with the equipments (furniture) that will be used in a plenary event, and the portuguese "módulo plenário" stands for "módulo para mesa de plenário" or simply "módulo para plenário". The photo shows a plenary table made up of modules.
Discussion
I feel that all three answers are basically the same, and don't answer the question. A literal translation is the easy way out, but I'd query it with the customer.
