English to Arabic Medical Medical (general)

35 year old female, known case of Right renal mass. S/P Robotic right partial nephrectomy. 2012 Right breast mass lumpectomy for fibroadenoma 2015.
Reason ofvisit: 6 months follow up with bilateral axilla ultrasound (post covid vaccine).
Initially she was referred for incidental finding of breast mass on imaging
Imaging was consistent with bilateral nodules and some consistent with sub centimeter intraductal papilloma
No active complain. She is pregnant with triplets and 13th week of gestational age. Clinical examination is
negative.
