Non-PRO English to Italian Other Law: Contract(s) Resell Agreement
Hello there,

I am translating a resell agreement from English to Italian. Do you know how to translate the words in the subjects?

"(insieme, "Clienti)" sounds to me awkward. Below is the whole paragraph:

XY hereby grants to Reseller the non-exclusive right to resell XY’s xxxx 1500 Handheld Laser Welding System, xxxx XC and, when available, xxxx XR (collectively, “LightWELD Systems”), as well as associated accessories including nozzles and spare parts (together with “xxxxx”, the “Products”), to third parties for their own internal use and to other resellers within the European Union (EU) or the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) which are specifically authorized and qualified by XY in writing to resell the Products (together, "Customers") in Italy (the “Territory”), subject to the terms of the Agreement.

Thank you in advance
