French to English Medical Medical (general)

Rather puzzling abbreviation in a table in a document about severe pre-eclampsia. (Puzzling to me, anyway!) 'tbl2' and 'tbl3' are in the column under HELLP and 'tbl1' and 'tbl2' in the column under PTT. Does anyone have an ideas? Thanks. It must in some way relate to the usual time of onset of the condition.
