Should "OTRO S" be "OTROS"? I assume the asterisks are the parties' names.

Spanish term (edited): sobre exequatur
Selected

in the matter of an order for enforcement ('leave to enforce').

Exequatur is understood within the EU - query: Lat. Am. - literally as 'shop talk', though ECJ translators back in London from Luxembourg told me to use 'an order for enforcement'.

Though not averse to lateral thinking and keeping an open mind, I don't recognis/ze the translations in the 2nd weblink :exequatur English translation: exequatur, confirmation.
Example sentence:

solicitud de exequátur English translation: application for leave to enforce Entered by: AllegroTrans

Peer comment(s):

agree AllegroTrans : in the matter of enforcement; without more context, I would not add anything else
