In this context "requerido" appears to be something quite specific to the process of curing and brining, I don't think it has anything to do with compliance. Adjunto dos documentos donde figura el término y otro que describe el mismo proceso sin utilizarlo.
Al igual que en el proceso anterior, el objetivo de esta fase es el endulzado de las aceitunas. Las
características de las salmueras y el requerido son idénticos al descrito en el apartado anterior.
