@ Masoud Okay, understand that you don't have a picture and that the text may be a translation from Turkish to English (originally?), but the fact remains, what country does this relate to? Just post more text from the article where the idea of "open-ended wide bowls or dish" is portrayed. To just say, "There are different vessels such as open-ended wide bowls" does not really bring up much in Google searches. In summary, please tell us the country the text relates to and post more context (always). Thx.
