French term
ASH
The term ASH appears in a table in various test formulations eg *NaCl (0.9%) + ASH (0.5%)*. I am not clear whether ASH refers to 'cendres' or is a French abbreviation of a chemical. However I have had no luck finding such an abbreviation.
Any suggestions appreciated.
