This is part of a Contract for ASSESSMENT SERVICES OF THE CONDITION OF CRANES ON THE BLOCK between an Oil Company and a Service Provider

25. Consequential Losses

Notwithstanding any provision of the Contract to the contrary (including without limitation any predetermined termination fee), Company shall save, indemnify, defend and hold harmless CONTRACTOR from COMPANY Group’s own consequential Loss and CONTRACTOR shall sve, indemnify, defend and hold harmless COMPANY Group from CONTRACTOR Group’s own Consequential Loss arising from, relating to or in connection with the performance or non-performance of the Contract.
