Catalan to English Medical Medical (general)

Hello everyone, this is on a blood test after basophils, neutrophils, etc., like this:
Basòfils # (C+M)
Basòfils % (C+M)

I'm sure this is really simple, but right now I just can't find/guess what they mean and the clock is ticking.
