This is from the Board of Directors section of Articles of Association.
I think it means inability to pay debts when due (i.e. insolvency) but this is a form of wording that I haven't seen before.

| Problem with your answer is that there are two concepts and "legal disqualifications" is already in the paragraph. I woulkd have thought this second concept is better translated as "stautory disqualifications" however |

Discussion
There is indeed a typo in the text! There is no question of 'échéances'!
The singular for each of these seemed more natural in English.
As you can see, I used an amalgam of three answers. I'm giving the points to Francois for triggering my memory about conflicts of interest.
