Nephrolithiasis beidseits. Ureterolithiasis rechts prävesikal mit einem singulären Konkrement und konsekutivem Harnaufstau II - III° der vorgeschalteten ableitenden Harnwege. Keine Fornixruptur.
I'm confused because vorgeschaltet and ableitend seem to be opposites.
