Portuguese term (edited): conta judicial

account

You don't need to translate "judicial", because it says in the same sentence that it's the court's account.
Note from asker:
thank you
Peer comment(s):

agree Matheus Gui : I would say it too

neutral Mario Freitas : It's not the court's account. It's the account at the court's disposal, but it belongs to someone else. The couort simply authorizes it as the account for judicial deposits.

I know the literal translation is "at the court's disposal", but that doesn't make sense. Nor does "judicial deposits".

court-approved account

Alternatively, "deposit with the court" or "deposit into court".

Some excerpts from the web reference:

"a party—on notice to every other party and by leave of court—may deposit with the court all or part of the money...The money must be deposited in an interest-bearing account or invested in a court-approved, interest-bearing instrument."

Court (Deposit > UK: Funds Office / Trustee Payment) Account

Unclear as to the target readership, but 'probate' doesn't connote to me an AmE or BrE 'Interpleader account' dispute scenario for a stakeholder to hold the money as agent. Cut to informed comments...
Example sentence:

The records relating to Sheriffs Petty and Civil Court Deposit Accounts shall be preserved for the period noted against each in the subjoined statements.

UK: Form for paying money from a trust fund or will into a Court Funds Office account following a court order.
