PNL

English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Marketing
From a promotional video about Nike France:

The breakthrough here was to regroup the country PNL into one regional hub.
When Decathlon was making 25% of France’s business, we had to follow their games.
At a European level, they only made 5%.
So we could decide who we wanted to partner with and how we could collaborate to elevate the market place.

Thanks!

P&L = profit and loss

I've never seen it abbreviated this way in my long experience of financial translation, but it seems some organisations do:

PnL stands for Profit and Loss. The 'and' usually gets written as a 'n' or 'N' or '&' (as in 'PnL', 'PNL' or 'P&L).

PnL stands for profit and loss, and it can be either realized or unrealized.

It could also just be a mistranscription of someone saying P&L.
