Norwegian term
signeringsforbehold

Is there a standard legal phrase to use for 'signeringsforbehold'? In some cases I can use 'subject to signature' but this word is appearing frequently in my document and ''subject to signature' does not always fit. Thanks

sign-off a precondition
No context actually given, but the usual cavet in England & Wales to a contract for the sale of land is : 'subject to contract' or, latterly, 'contract denied' to stop a move to the conveyance.
