Hi! I need help with the following sentence. I am having difficulty understanding it. I know that "ACA" stands for "Affordable Care Act":
"If elected, coverage is effective for ACA part-time measuring full-time on the first of the month following the measurement period and you must be actively at work on the plan start date for coverage to be effective".
