In einem Menü kommt "saucisse au couteau" vor, und ich habe dazu folgende Erklärung gefunden:
La saucisse au couteau est fabriqué à base de porc et de boyau naturel. On l'appel ainsi simplement car celle-ci a été soigneusement coupée à l'ancienne "au couteau", de manière à la rendre encore plus goûteuse, ce qui fait toute la différence du haché grâce au beau morceau de viande qu'elle contient.
Hat jemand eine Ahnung, wie die Art Wurst auf Deutsch genannt wird, oder gibt es überhaupt etwas Entsprechendes?
