Spanish term

Apéx en 5to EIC LMCI

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Cardiology examination of thorax
Follow-up study, Dominican Republic, on a child who had repair of a double output of right ventricle about 15 years ago.
Everything seems fine now.
Specifically regarding thorax, they say "Simétrico, normodinámico, ***apéx en 5to EIC LMCI,*** cicatriz de toracotomía anterior sin alteración.

Selected

apex in 5th intercostal space, left midclavicular line

EIC = espacio intracostal = ICS in English
LMCI = linea medioclavicular izquierda" = LMCL

Translate 'torax' as CHEST in English, not "thorax"
